    We welcome brands from May to September, offering two flexible collaboration options: 2-Month Collaboration: Choose between June–July or August–September Full-Season Collaboration: Secure your spot from May to September

    We’re happy to assist with accommodation and transportation arrangements, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. Thanks to our exclusive partnerships, we offer options to fit every budget at selected accommodations across the island—so you can focus on your pop-up while enjoying Mykonos in comfort. Let us handle the details!
  • How do I send my goods?
    You’re free to arrange shipping yourself, but why worry when we’ve got the best global logistics partners at your service? We take care of everything, ensuring your goods arrive safely, on time, and hassle-free... because pampering our brands is what we do best!
  • Where do I store my goods?
    Your goods are stored in a fully protected space equipped with surveillance cameras, alarms, and fire safety technology. With our secure storage, you can rest assured that your items remain safe and well-protected throughout your pop-up experience.
  • What else is there for me?
    Explore our exclusive add-ons designed to enhance your pop-up experience. And when business is done? Bask under the sexy Mykonos sun by day, and dive into its legendary nightlife by night. Work hard, play harder!
  • How will people know we are here?
    We make sure they do! Once your reservation is confirmed and just before check-in, we’ll make sure everyone knows about your pop-up: Hotel Concierge Departments – Your brand will be featured in top hotel recommendations. Social Media Channels & Location Campaigns – Amplifying your presence with targeted digital campaigns. Press Release – Spreading the word through media channels to generate buzz. Content Creation & Targeted Social Media Ads – Consistent promotion throughout your stay to keep the momentum going. We’ll make sure your brand shines in the spotlight from day one!
  • What about licences and other legalities?
    No need to worry about setting up a company in Greece, we’ve got everything covered. Our services include accounting software and full sales management, ensuring a smooth and compliant operation. Here’s how it works: Product Registration – Upon arrival, your products are logged into our system. Daily Sales Reports – Get real-time updates on your sales performance. Monthly Summary Reports – A detailed breakdown of sales is provided at the beginning of each month. Hassle-Free Payments – Simply issue an invoice, and payment is processed within the first five business days of the month. We take care of all legalities, so you can focus on what truly matters—your brand’s success!
  • Is there a contract?
    Absolutely! Transparency is key. Once we confirm your reservation request, you’ll receive a detailed contract outlining all terms and conditions. This ensures clarity, security, and a smooth collaboration.
  • What hours do you pop?
    Our store is open daily, with operating hours adjusted based on seasonality. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per day, ensuring maximum exposure for your brand. During peak season, hours extend to accommodate the island’s vibrant shopping flow—because more time means more sales!
  • Can I bring my crew?
    The more, the merrier! While it’s always great to have the designer, artist, or a brand representative visit or be present, it’s not mandatory. We handle the entire process seamlessly under your guidance, ensuring everything runs smoothly—even if you can’t be here in person.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    As long as your pet pays tribute to Nalu the dogo 🐶, please do so!
  • Can we join forces?
    While our pop-up boutique is intimate and curated, Mykonos is a big market with endless opportunities. Collaborations can be a great strategy, and we’d be happy to accommodate your request! However, to maintain the boutique’s aesthetic and brand integrity, we accept a maximum of two brands per pop-up, ensuring a cohesive and premium shopping experience.
  • Is there a commission on sales ?
    Our collaboration model includes both the rental of the space and a fully inclusive package of services, ensuring no hidden costsor unexpected fees. We operate on a fixed rental rate combined with a 10% fee on net sales, creating a fair and transparent partnership that aligns our success with yours.
  • What if I have to cancel or change dates?
    We understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the seasonal nature of our business and the limited availability of our space, last-minute cancellations may incur a penalty to cover the loss of opportunity for alternative collaborations. If you need to change dates, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Let us know as early as possible, and we’ll work together to find the best solution!
