Hassle-Free Payments – Simply issue an invoice, and payment is processed within the first five business days of the month. Our store is open daily, with operating hours adjusted based on seasonality. We guarantee a minimum of 12 hours per day, ensuring maximum exposure for your brand. During peak season, hours extend to accommodate the island’s vibrant shopping flow—because more time means more sales!

The more, the merrier! While it’s always great to have the designer, artist, or a brand representative visit or be present, it’s not mandatory. We handle the entire process seamlessly under your guidance, ensuring everything runs smoothly—even if you can’t be here in person.

While our pop-up boutique is intimate and curated, Mykonos is a big market with endless opportunities. Collaborations can be a great strategy, and we’d be happy to accommodate your request! However, to maintain the boutique’s aesthetic and brand integrity, we accept a maximum of two brands per pop-up, ensuring a cohesive and premium shopping experience.

Our collaboration model includes both the rental of the space and a fully inclusive package of services, ensuring no hidden costsor unexpected fees. We operate on a fixed rental rate combined with a 10% fee on net sales, creating a fair and transparent partnership that aligns our success with yours.

We understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to the seasonal nature of our business and the limited availability of our space, last-minute cancellations may incur a penalty to cover the loss of opportunity for alternative collaborations. If you need to change dates, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Let us know as early as possible, and we’ll work together to find the best solution!
